Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Rosepk.
Return/Exchange Window:
- You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Sale items and accessories are non-returnable.
- Customer will bear return shipping cost unless the item is defective.
Defective or Wrong Item:
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We will cover all return costs.

Note:
Refunds are only issued if the replacement product is unavailable.
